Order and Delivery Policy

When you purchase a Reflect Trackers product online or via our sales team through a phone call, an advance payment of Rs. 99 is required. Once your order is confirmed, the product is delivered to you by our trusted third-party courier partners. In some cases, these courier companies may request an OTP (One-Time Password) from you as a confirmation to mark the package as delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the product and verify the delivery process. Once the OTP is provided and the delivery is confirmed by the courier, any subsequent issues regarding non-receipt of the product will not be the responsibility of Reflect Trackers.

Payment Terms

An advance payment of Rs. 99 is collected at the time of order placement. This amount is required to process your order.

Delivery Responsibility

Reflect Trackers is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery issues once the product has been dispatched through our third-party courier partners. This includes instances where the OTP confirmation is provided and the courier marks the package as delivered, even if the product is not physically received by the customer.

Refund Policy

Please note that the advance payment of Rs. 99 is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made and the product is dispatched, no refunds will be issued.
